Scan and plant data
The app may process scan results and plant-related information such as common names, scientific names, health status, toxicity or safety indicators, care guidance, timestamps, favorites, and plants added to your Garden or History.
Profile and account information
If you use profile or account features, PlantPulse AI may process information you provide such as a display name and email address, together with account preferences needed to support the app experience.
Support communications
If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message, such as your email address, description of the issue, and any screenshots or diagnostic details you choose to send.
Technical information
The app or its service providers may process limited technical information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service, such as device type, operating-system version, app version, crash information, and basic network or request metadata.

PlantPulse AI may request access to device features when needed for a feature you choose to use. These can include:

- maintain your Garden, Favorites, History, and profile experience;

- comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. AI processing
PlantPulse AI uses automated analysis to interpret plant images and generate identification, care, or health-related results. Depending on the production architecture of the app, an image or related request data may be processed by cloud infrastructure or specialized AI service providers so the requested result can be generated.
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. You should independently verify important identification, toxicity, poisoning, or treatment information before acting on it.
6. Service providers & sharing
We may use service providers to operate technical parts of the app, such as hosting, authentication, AI processing, notifications, analytics, or crash reporting. These providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to provide their services and subject to their applicable terms and privacy commitments.

You can control camera, photo, and notification permissions through your device settings. Where the app provides account, Garden, Favorites, or History controls, you can use those controls to manage your content.
